1 tamarind sweet and sour chutney
For this you need
1 cup tamarind (dry)
2 cups water
1/2 cup jaggery (grated)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp red chilli powder (as per taste)
Tamarind Sweet and Sour Chutney Recipe
Soak tamarind in 2 cups of water for 2-3 hours. Make a paste by mashing the soaked tamarind well with your hands and filter it. Add grated jaggery to the tamarind paste and cook on low flame with ghee, until the jaggery dissolves completely. Add roasted cumin powder, salt, and red chili powder to it. Mix well and cook until it thickens. Let the chutney cool and then store it in an airtight container.

For this you need
1 cup green coriander
1/2 cup mint
1-2 green chillies (as per taste)
1 inch piece of ginger
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp cumin powder

Wash coriander, mint, green chillies and ginger thoroughly. Put everything together in the mixer. Mix lemon juice, cumin powder and salt. Add some water and grind it well. 7.8 curry leaves
1 teaspoon ghee
a pinch of asafoetida
Coconut Chutney Recipe
Add grated coconut, ginger, roasted peanuts in a mixer. Add salt, add some water to the mixer and grind it well. After this, apply tempering of ghee, mustard, cumin, chilli, asafoetida and curry leaves. Cool and serve at room temperature.
