SECI's strict stance on fake bank guarantees, show cause notice issued to Reliance Power

Renewable energy agency Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has issued a show cause notice to Anil Ambani's company Reliance Power. It has been asked why criminal action should not be taken against the company and its units for submitting fake bank guarantees. The agency issued a public (…) statement on November 13.
