CGPSC Topper: Ravi Shankar Verma of Balodabazar has achieved brilliant success in the results of Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC 2023) and has topped in the entire state. Ravi Shankar Verma's educational journey started from a government school. Ravi Shankar is a resident of Kosmandi village of Palari block of Balodabazar district. His father is a farmer and mother is a housewife. He has two brothers in the family, one of whom does a private job.
CGPSC Topper: Completed his studies till 8th class in village government school.
Ravi Shankar says that his childhood was spent in the village itself. Studied till 8th class in the village government school. After this, he studied from 9th to 12th from Kalibari, Raipur. After this he obtained B.Tech degree in Electronics branch from NIT Raipur.
CGPSC Topper: Starting career from private job
After completing his engineering degree in 2012, Ravi Shankar Verma started working in the private sector. However, there was no satisfaction in this work. After this, in 2017 he decided to prepare for Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC). Earlier in the year 2021, he got success as Employment Officer and currently Ravi Shankar is working as Employment Officer in Baikunthpur.
Ravi Shankar Verma attributed his success to his family and struggle. He says, for me this is not just the result of an exam, but it is the story of moving one step closer towards my dreams. He says that if you work hard and honestly without being afraid of any difficulty, success will be at your feet.
