Chaupal scheme ineffective

The district administration is running an awareness campaign through Chaupal for animal keepers and villagers about the safety of stray animals. The collector had said that if any cattle owner leaves the cattle helpless on the road, action will be taken against him. SP Rajnesh Singh has also announced a cash prize to the person who identifies the owners of the helpless cattle.
