Raipur. To directly check the promptness and presence of the police at night, Senior Superintendent of Police, Raipur, Dr. Santosh Singh (I.P.S.) went out on bike patrol on Sunday night and personally checked a total of 51 patrolling points of Raipur.
During this time, some police personnel were standing on the sidelines, some were sitting in the dark and chatting, while some were watching reels on mobile.
