Naiduniya Representative, Ambikapur: Addressing the workers of Sarguja district at Rajiv Bhawan, Sarguja District Congress Committee Office, on Monday, Congress National Secretary Jarita Laitphlang said that she has come to Sarguja to work among the AAP workers. I will not be able to complete any party work without the support of AAP workers. National Secretary Jarita Laitphlang has recently been appointed co-incharge in Chhattisgarh by the AICC. She has been given the charge of the districts of northern Chhattisgarh.

After being appointed in-charge, she has been on tour for three days and is communicating with various district Congress committees. In this connection, on Monday, she listened to the workers at Rajiv Bhawan. Earlier, she was in-charge of Nagaland, Tripura and Manipur where in the last Lok Sabha elections, Congress has won three out of five seats. During the dialogue with the workers, she has informed that the vacant posts in the organization will be filled soon. Women and youth will be given priority in filling the vacant posts. She has said that hard-working workers of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes will also be given preference for the vacant posts in the organization. She informed the workers that in future the structure of the organization will be prepared as per the recommendations of the Mandal Committee. She has said that there is democracy in Congress and Congress believes in two-dimensional dialogue, in which the message of the lower level worker will reach the higher leadership and the higher leadership will implement the messages of the workers. In the dialogue with the workers, along with the results of the past elections, the strategy for the upcoming urban body and rural elections was also discussed. In this meeting which lasted for about three hours, heads of various cells of Congress, along with councillors of Congress, members of district and Janapad Panchayat as well as many workers and office bearers presented their views before co-incharge Jarita Laitphlang.

The program was conducted by District Congress President Rakesh Gupta. When they lost, unity became visible

Efforts are being made to strengthen the Congress organization in the Sarguja division, for this purpose, Chhattisgarh's new in-charge secretary Jarita Laitphlang has reached North Chhattisgarh. Even before her arrival, in many meetings in Sarguja, TS Singhdev and former minister Amarjeet Bhagat's camp were seen together. During their five years in power, the factionalism of both of them had come out in the open. The organization was also being neglected at the administrative level. People of the organization had started breaking up. There was also an attempt to form a parallel organization, but the crushing defeat in the last assembly elections has brought the Congress on one platform. Supporters of Amarjeet Bhagat, who once kept distance from Rajiv Bhawan, are seen on one platform. On Monday, they attended the meeting in the presence of Chhattisgarh's in-charge secretary.
