Akshay Kumar also sent best wishes to his fans on this special occasion. Meanwhile, Rakul Preet Singh shared a video of some lovely pictures with her husband Jackky Bhagnani. In this video, he wrote a caption wishing Guru Parv, “Satgur Nanak Pargatiya, Mitti Dhund Jag Chanan Hoya, Dhan Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj De Prakash Parv Di Aap Sariyaan Sangatan Nu Lakh Lakh Vadhaiyaan. In the clip she says, “Home is where there is halwa. On every Guruparva, I make halwa at home, which is called Kada Prasad in Gurudwara. My maternal grandfather used to make halwa in the Gurudwara for many years, so my mother learned from him and I learned from my mother.”
