1. Litti Chokha

Litti is one of the most favorite street food of Bihar. Litti made from sattu flour, wheat, spices and ghee is eaten with a spicy mashed mixture of vegetables called chokha. 2. Thekua

This sweet of Bihar, which is also known as dates. Usually it is made as Prasad during Chhath Puja. It is crispy, looks like a biscuit and is made from flour, sugar and coconut and then fried. But many people prepare its healthy alternative, it can be prepared by using wheat flour, honey or jaggery for sweetness. This can prove to be a healthy sweet snack.

3. Dal Bhari Puri

Golden and fried puris filled with dal are a favorite across the state, especially during the festive season. These are often eaten with kheer or pickle. Dal Puri is also very popular in Bengal. It is prepared by adding gram dal to wheat flour.

4. Sattu Paratha

Sattu is made by grinding dry roasted gram, also known as chana dal. Sattu is also used to make Litti and Puri. It looks similar to gram flour, but if you look carefully, it is darker and thicker than gram flour.

It looks a little dry initially, but tastes delicious when eaten with mixed vegetables and some curd. Many other important nutrients including protein are found in Sattu. At the same time, when it is prepared with onion, celery, lemon, mustard oil and other spices and rotis are made by filling it with wheat flour, then it tastes very tasty.

5. Dal Pithi

Pithi made from wheat flour is eaten by dipping it in dal. First of all dal is prepared, you can use any dal. However, toor dal is commonly used. When the dal is ready, add wheat flour and add tempering to the dal. You can cook it with pitthi for some more time.
