After menopause, the level of estrogen in the body starts decreasing, which is important for heart health. In such a situation, try to avoid heart diseases and take care of diet. Include trans fat, lean protein, whole grains and low fat dairy products in your diet.
4. Get checked for cancer
The risk of endometrial cancer increases in women after menopause. In such a situation, get yourself checked for cancer regularly. Apart from this, take hormone replacement therapy as per doctor's advice. This helps in regulating the problems increasing in the body.
