First of all, peel the upper layer of Parwal, cut it from the middle, and take out the seeds from inside it.
Now boil it in a pressure cooker till 2 whistles.
On the other hand, add sugar to water and prepare its syrup.
Here, mix khoya, cardamom powder and dry fruits together and prepare a good mixture.
When the syrup is ready and the Parwal is boiled, put all the Parwal in the syrup and take them out.
Now put the mixture of khoya and dry fruits in the middle of the parwal, and after repeating this step in all the parwals, keep it at one place.
Finally garnish them with pistachios and almonds.
Keep them in the refrigerator to set for some time, and enjoy.
2. Coconut Laddu
Laddus made from fresh coconut are extremely delicious, with a crunch, sweetness and rich nutrients. Generally, refined sugar is used in coconut laddu, but if you want, you can use dates to add sweetness to it. This will maintain the quality of nutrients.

Prepare coconut laddu in this way
First of all, put ghee in a pan and let it heat.
Then add coconut, khoya, cardamom powder and date puree and mix everything well.
These have to be kept mixing until their texture is ready to make laddus.
Now take them out in a vessel, let them cool for some time.
Then apply ghee on the palms, and make small laddus.
Wrap all the laddus together in coconut shavings.
Store them in the refrigerator for some time to set and then enjoy them.
3. Bottle gourd barfi

Prepare gourd barfi like this
First of all, put ghee in the pan and let it heat well. Now add bottle gourd in the pan and fry it well for about 4 to 5 minutes.
After that add cardamom powder, jaggery, coconut powder and some dry fruits in it.
Mix everything well for 5 to 7 minutes.
Keep in mind that the consistency of your mixture should be thick, so that it can be given the shape of barfi.
When its consistency is set, turn off the gas and apply ghee thoroughly on a big plate.
Now take out the prepared mixture on this plate and spread it everywhere. Garnish with dry fruits on top.
Cut them into your favorite shapes and leave them to set.
When it is set, enjoy it.
