2. Taking medicines without thinking

Understand that whatever you eat, good or bad, first goes to your liver. But medicines are prepared using various chemicals in such a way that they have quick effect. Whereas your liver is not ready for these hard chemicals. This is the reason why you suffer from constipation even after taking medicine for mild cold and fever. Excessive use of medicines can also cause drug induced hepatitis.

3. Any kind of tobacco consumption
