For this you need
1 cup milk (of your choice, like cow's, almond, or coconut)
1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp ginger powder
a pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Prepare moon milk like this
1. Heat the milk in a small vessel on low flame, but do not let it boil.
2. When the milk becomes hot, add ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and beat it well.
3. Let it boil slowly for five minutes.
4. Add coconut oil and pour milk into a cup.
5. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.

To improve sleep, a dosage of 250 mg to 600 mg per day is usually recommended. Some people may get full benefit from a lower dose. While some may require higher doses.
