2. Don't forget to dry the vagina after passing urine.
Wearing panties straight after using the toilet can cause a feeling of stickiness in the vagina, and doing so repeatedly can also cause itching. To avoid these problems, dry your vagina with tissue paper after passing urine. If you want, dry it after cleaning it with water.
3. Drink adequate amount of water
Try to drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially when you feel thirsty. When body hydration is maintained, the vagina also remains fresh. Dehydration can make your vagina sticky and smelly. If possible, drink detox water once a day, this keeps your digestion balanced and you feel more fresh.
4. Wipe correctly
After passing stool, clean your anus from front to back with the help of a tissue. If you clean from behind and then move forward, it increases the growth of bacteria in your vagina and you may get infected.
5. Clean the anus once a day.
Nowadays, there are many people who, after passing stool, clean their anus with tissue paper or only water. But everyone should clean their anus thoroughly with water after passing stool at least once a day after bathing and try it completely with tissue paper. Thus the risk of infection and itching is reduced.
6. Keep walking occasionally
Whether you go to office or stay at home, do not sit at one place for a long time. Get up at an interval of one to one and a half hours and stretch your legs a little, so that the vagina gets space to breathe. Because sitting at one place with pressure on the vagina makes the vagina uncomfortable and air gets trapped. Due to which you sweat and you may feel uncomfortable.
7. Wear cotton panties and light clothes
To keep your intimate area fresh, always wear cotton panties and loose fitting clothes, so that air can pass through the anus and vaginal area. If your clothes stick to your body, excess sweat occurs and gets trapped in those areas. Due to which you may feel itching and uncomfortable. At times the vagina becomes quite sticky.
8. Sleep with your panties off at night
Your vagina gets relaxed by taking off your panty and sleeping at night. Your intimate areas remain covered with clothes throughout the day, so it is very important to give them freedom to breathe. By taking off your panty and sleeping, your vagina remains fresh after waking up in the morning.
